Isambard Kingdom Brunel 1806 -1859 was an English mechanical and civil engineer who is considered one of the most prolific figures in 19th Century England.

The 42mm diameter case with domed lens houses a dial design that frames the movement with two pillar like structures on the right and left all in a multi-layered style that lays against a "perlage" finished background.
With a 24 hour display and exposed flywheel the watch is the right combination of Victorian industrial style and watchmaking design flourishes all contained and balanced perfectly for an every day wear.
