Free UK Delivery
All orders from Mainspring Boutique will be delivered in the UK free of charge and will be sent on a next working day service (subject to stock) if the order is placed before 1PM Monday to Friday.
Delivery Outside the UK
Mainspring Boutique currently delivers to the below regions and FREE Shipping is offered for orders above £149 where indicated:
Europe (excluding Greece) - Free Shipping above £150
United States and Canada - Free Shipping above £150
Australia and New Zealand

Deliveries to Ireland and the rest of Europe will take 3-5 working days to arrive.
Deliveries to the Europe and the Rest of the World will take up to 3-10 days to arrive.
Orders to the EU UNDER £135 include EU tax and no charges will be incurred at import. Orders over £135 will incur import charges.
Customers in the USA will not be charged any taxes/duties on import for orders below $800 USD.
Customers from Europe (over £135) and the Rest of the World will be charged the same price as UK customers for your purchase but this price will exclude UK VAT. This price is also non-inclusive of local tax, vat, import fees or other local duties which may apply depending on where in the world you are. Any charges applied upon import are the customer's responsibility and must be paid by the customer. If items are returned to us uncleared, re-importation and shipping costs will be debited from any refund due.
Mainspring Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process.
Mainspring Boutique Returns Policy
As well as complying with distance selling regulations, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the watch or jewellery to us within 28 days for your choice of exchange or a full refund. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable*.
Any item returned to Mainspring Boutique must be unworn and in an original and resalable condition with any tamper-evident labels still attached. Items must be returned with the packaging supplied with the purchase.

Please remember to enclose your order number with your return, stating if you would like a refund or an exchange. Please ensure all returned items are well packaged and sent via a trusted postal service. Mainspring Boutique cannot take responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in transit.
Once we receive your return, we aim to deal with it as quickly as possible and you will be notified by email when the return has been processed.
As per our terms and conditions, any free gift received must also be returned in order to be eligible for a full refund.

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS
Orders placed between 20th November 2023 and 23rd December 2023 can be returned up until 22nd January 2024.
Our customer service line will operate normal hours during the run up to Christmas 9:00am – 17:30pm (Monday to Friday).
