Free UK Next Day Delivery
All orders from Mainspring Boutique will be delivered in the UK free of charge and will be dispatched on a next working day service if the order is placed before 1 PM Monday to Friday.
Delivery Outside the UK
We now offer free delivery to the following EU countries. Delivery take 3-5 business days (sometimes sooner) and all shipments are dispatched from inside the EU and will incur no additional taxes, duties or import charges:

Mainspring Boutique Returns Policy
As well as complying with distance selling regulations, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the watch or jewellery to us within 28 days for your choice of exchange or a full refund. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable*.
Any item returned to Mainspring Boutique must be unworn and in an original and resalable condition with any tamper-evident labels still attached. Items must be returned with the packaging supplied with the purchase.

Please remember to enclose your order number with your return, stating if you would like a refund or an exchange. Please ensure all returned items are well packaged and sent via a trusted postal service. Mainspring Boutique cannot take responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in transit.
After your return has been received by our warehouse, it will take 3–5 days to be processed and evaluated.
As per our terms and conditions, any free gift received must also be returned in order to be eligible for a full refund.
