Delivery Returns and Warranty
All orders from The Mainspring Boutique are delivered to the UK free of charge and will be delivered the next working day (subject to stock) if the order is placed before 1PM Monday to Friday.
Delivery Outside the UK
Orders from Mainspring Boutique can be delivered Worldwide* and are FREE OF CHARGE (Orders over £25).
Deliveries to Ireland and the rest of Europe will take 3-5 working days to arrive.
Deliveries to the Rest of the World will take up to 7-10 days to arrive.
All prices shown on the site include 20% UK VAT. Customers from countries inside the EU will be charged VAT at checkout and shipments will not be subject to customs charges upon delivery.
Customers from the Rest of the World will be charged the same price as UK and EU customers for your purchase but this price will exclude UK VAT. This price is also non-inclusive of local tax, vat, import fees or other local duties which may apply depending on where in the world you are. Any charges applied upon import are the customer's responsibility and must be paid by the customer. If items are returned to us uncleared, re-importation and shipping costs will be debited from any refund due.
Mainspring Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process.
*Deliveries to Russia are currently not possible due UK carriers being unable to guarantee delivery
Mainspring Boutique Returns Policy
As well as complying with distance selling regulations, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the watch or jewellery to us within 28 days for your choice of exchange, full refund or a credit note. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable*.
Any item returned to Mainspring Boutique must be unworn and in an original and resalable condition with any tamper-evident label still attached. Items must be returned with packaging supplied with the purchase.
To return an item, log-in to your account at mainspringboutique.com and select Order History, then ‘Return an Item’ using the tab at the top of the page and follow the simple steps from there. Please remember to enclose your order number with your return, stating if you would like a refund, credit or exchange. Please try and make sure all returned items are well packaged and sent via a trusted postal service. Mainspring Boutique cannot take responsibility for return items damaged or lost in transit.

TWO YEAR WARRANTY
All of our watches are sold with a world-wide manufacturer’s warranty to the original consumer for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase*. Please keep proof of purchase as you will need this when sending in your watch for a warranty repair or service.

* The warranty does not include wear or alterations to the case, strap, bracelet and crystal (lens), as well as water damaged unless marked water-resistant. The battery in a quartz watch is inserted into the watch at origin and may not last the length of warranty and therefore is not covered by the warranty. The warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorised service or other factors not due to defects in material and workmanship.
